Easy return process
The part I ordered did not work for my application but it was very easy to get a return label and get return instructions. It is boxed up and ready to go.
I have ordered a number of things from *** and have always been please regardless keeping or returning the part. I am very pleased with this return process.

Just ordered 6 bolts for my ATV. A model 300 arctic cat 4 wheel drive. Lost those bolts for cover on recoil rope.

No contact so far. These people dont care about buyers
I ordered parts that were marked in stock. I had 160 dollars' worth of random small parts and all but only 50 dollars of them were available.
That didn't stop them from charging me the whole price and I have seen no sign of a refund. I contacted customer service and aired out my disappointment that they have thousands of parts listed that they don't actually sell, and this was their response. He told me to shop somewhere else.

Sent me wrong part and I had to pay to return it and I also only received half the money back and they kept the rest.

I bought a part based off your diagram and part number list with assurances that it would work and fits my atv. What I received was the wrong part and not even close to what I ordered and the label was incorrect.
When I went to return it I did not receive a full refund. Furthermore I had to pay for the return shipping also.
I will not be returning as a customer. Fully dissatisfied and disgusted.

I do not recommend Partzilla. You never get your order.
I ordered May 23, 2024 and today is June 4, 2024, (that's 13 days) and still no order. I checked my order online and they keep pushing the order back and back this time to the 6th of June. On their site it says parts are in stock. That 97% of orders ships in 1-3 days is pure B.S.!
I say buy from the dealer, it may cost a little more, but at least you get your parts. You know there is a saying to under promise and over deliver. Partzilla over promises and under delivers. They're not truthful?
If they're waiting on parts from Japan and it will take some time, just say it. Give the customer the option to get what they can and pay shipping.
They put off the order one day then three days the next and then two days the next only ticks off the customer. This was the first and last time I'll ever order from them.

- - If not in stock, they source from the manufacturer and email dates.
I order from here all the time. If the part is 'in stock,' they have it.
If all the parts on your order are 'in stock,' they will usually ship the same day.
If the part is not 'in stock,' that means they need to get it from the manufacturer since these are mostly OEM parts. That takes a few days, but they email any expected dates.

- - Refund of $7 was issued for a $9 discrepancy.
They charged me more for shipping by lying. I ordered 2 items and they charged me $11 for shipping while ordering.
After a day, I received an email stating that only one item was in stock so they would delay shipping. I asked them to send the 1 item in stock first, to which they said I would have to pay an additional $9 for shipping. I agreed. They immediately shipped both items.
I asked for a refund since both items were shipped together.
They only refunded $7 instead of $9. They are not honest people.

Ordered late on a Tuesday, order was in my hands on Thursday mid-day, with standard shipping. Products are always exactly as advertised. Definitely my "go-to" for any ATV or Powersports parts.

Ive called several times and cant actually get anyone on the phone I want to cancel a order and get my money back. I ordered a part and put it on 2-3 day shipping that I paid for.
Then 2-3 days later when the part shouldve been showing up I got the email saying that the part was unavailable until the end of October, when it said it was in stock. I ordered this part back in September. I paid for 2-3 day shipping because I needed the part quickly. Now they keep moving the arrival date back in emails.
I want my money back so I can order the part somewhere else.
No one will answer when I call the customer service number. This is ridiculous.
